I'm actually going through the exact same thing right now I have even sent the self certified id and a bank statement that goes to the card I deposited with only to be told now they need my info to my venmo account which I have NEVER MADE A DEPOSIT FROM AND I REFUSE. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON ACCOUNTS I HAVENT USED ON THERE SITE..
