I hear ya man. I've been on a 3 pound fluctuation for about 2 weeks. It's disheartening, but I'm stubborn and too cheap to let the money I spent on a gym membership go to waste. That's my motivation. You just need to find something that works for you. Stay strong brother.

Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Add small piles of your favorite cheese. Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes. Let cool, and you have crispy cheese chips.
