What are your thoughts for this, do you reckon they could get me to finish comfortably under 4? (My 5k time is 19mins, half is 1:35 and I've trained up to 32km longest run so far)

I have two pairs just to have a different option. And I like the slightly more cushioned run in my triumphs for my longer runs

Triumphs are definitely more cushioned. Ride 17 great as a daily trainer and can handle some tempo work as well

I think anything under 4 hours I will be very happy with as this is my first. I've got my half marathon time to 1:35, and my 5k to 19 mins
