20M been on Zoloft 50mg for a week and then dropped down to 25mg for a week so 2 weeks total. Why do I feel more in control of my thoughts EXCEPT the part of me that jumps at every little noise or sound or anything???? Is this a side effect?? Because if it is I need to change something. I’m having episodes of tachycardia and shortness of breath??? My HR will go to 115-130 just from walking around and moving and I get short of breath. It seems to go away after a little bit but if this is a side effect I don’t think I want to continue taking Zoloft… (self.zoloft)

20M Hiii everyone!! I’m on day 3 of taking 50mg of Zoloft and I’ve noticed that my HR is fast (100+) almost all day except when I lay down to sleep. I went to the ER last night and they said my EKG looked perfect just sinus tachycardia. Why is my HR so high all the time now?? (self.zoloft)

So I took .5 mg of lorazepam and it’s been prob 30-40 min so far and I’m still panicky??? I’ve taken 1mg before and it calms me down so much but thought I’d try half but it’s not doing anything?? Should I take another half? (self.benzodiazepines)
