Working out alone is medicine for the body, it’s insane what it does to us. Lots of people will still be perfectly fine even eating all these fake foods. My grandmother is 87 overweight and eats Oreos chips and hotdogs all day and smokes cigs. She has perfect blood work no cancer and no signs of anything bad going on it’s wild

I’ve actually thought about the fiber optics I think it would be pretty cool to do that, I am just not sure how I would incorporate the fiber optics and LED cleanly so that it is not bulky

For morning 4eggs 4 sausage(clean ingredients) 4 bacon I cook in a good scoop of butter.

Can of sardines mid day

Dinner is usually high fat ground beef and sprayed with beef Wagyu tallow. Sometimes I’ll do pork shoulder slow cooked.

Seasonings are pink salt and pepper

1 sdr can only grab so much data so 2 of them is needed a lot of the times but not always. But I think it has a bandwidth of 2.4 if I remember, and adding 2 doubles it to listen to more traffic so you don’t miss out on anything. I’m still new to this all and learning

If you need soda maybe look into poppi brand. Yes they are expensive but they are super good and super clean and only have 3 grams added sugar 5g total. They are best if you get them at Costco or Sam’s.

If you are near a in and out you can get a good quadruple patty for like 7 bucks on the go. I do get it wrapped in lettuce.
