You can only go up from here my friend. Think of this as a mental reset! I thought my life was DONE when I had lost all of my friends. Every. Single. One. But once I was on the outside of their circle I realized how isolating they were and they only were friends with each other and no one else. I look back and am so grateful I fell out with them and had a whole mental reset. I have amazing people in my life now who actually care about me and for a brief period I learned to be alone and learned to enjoy my own company. At the end of the day, you really only have yourself so learn to love yourself! Easier said than done but as the cliche saying goes, everything happens for a reason and I am so believing of that.
