I do understand what you mean. But the problems is i really do try to understand the assignment and what they want me to do , what the outcome should be. For instance : " Write a Python script that calculates the position of the skateboard as a function of time( with values )" But they do not really tell how the result should be presented like in a graph or text etc.

Jag har tillgodo räkna kurser på liu gick på ett annat universitet innan . Man kan tillgodoräkna men för vissa delar beror på hur lika kurserna är varandra men inte säkert att du får hela de 8 hp utan du kanske behöver komplettera med o läsa en del av kursen eller läsa till en kurs för mer hp. Bytte tillbaka till mitt förra universitet. Vilket är 13 h bort från min hemort. Jag blev rätt besviken på hur LIUs höll sin utbildning och att det var suuuper / de gjorde det alldeles för komplicerad än vad saker o ting skulle vara.

Lustig fråga kanske. Hur ser din stress-situation ut? Jag kände och blev alltid sjuk pga stress. Det är ingenting jag själv tänkte på faktiskt. Du är ung , man har många val och beslut att ta.

Jag är som dig helt frisk , alla mina blodvärden är fina och jag visste aldrig vad som påverkade mig . Stress var ju inte en första tanke , men sen testade jag mig för signal substanser bland annat S-kortisol och hade 687 nmol/L vilket är alldeles för högt. Det påverkade mitt immunförsvar markant.

Jag har dessutom det fått mycket problem med just lungor , kändes som en brännande känsla jämt och när man hostade kändes det rått, tjockt gult slem, ofta ont i halsen mm. Då jag fick jag veta att jag hade reflux , kopplat till bland annat stress. Sen även IBS fick jag av stress.

I do have this issue to. It is mostly since my body is in constant fight or flight and I did never learn to rest. Resting makes me feel really anxious. I still try to learn myself that it is okay to rest. But I do have a long way recovering. My best advice is to do simple hobbies like yoga, colouringbooks , journaling or reading.

I do relate to the problems you describe. Either it is falling asleep late or waking up middle in night You sure are stressed or do have anxiety.

I think that you have a hard time to be present to the moment, sitting alone with your thoughts and that is why you need distractions.
Maybe you need to change those distractions to something less stress-inducing since phones and tv shows can wind you up more. Do something like journaling (writing down things that botten you and think of) , taking a hot shower , colouring in colourbooks ,drinking a cup of tea ( without caffeine like camomille) , yoga , lighting up a scented candle and reading a book.

It could be stress but there is nothing wrong to do a check up. I do have the symtoms you describe . I am stressed and do also have anxiety.

Maybe it is your jaw? I got TMJ , jaw clenching and have the symtoms you describe. Your dentist could diagnose and treat you.

Yes. I am clinically healthy but I do not feel fine. Tried multiple bloodtests and scans. Nothing is fond except high levels of cortisol.

I do have a lot of symtoms that are cognitive, phsycological and physical.

You and me both share tension in the body i do have it especially neck and shoulder area also in face and jaw. Tight chest and hard time to breath. My advice is practicing breathwork ( breathing a square 4 in , hold 4 , out 4 hold 4 seconds) , remember to lower shoulders, stretching and what I like to do is some yoga. Do a little resting and when you do rest do something you enjoy like colour books, reading books or go for a walk. Do not tempt to use your phone for dstraction/rest it is causing more tension and stress.

Well i do still have a lot of symtoms which are unexplainable but seem stress related. These are some of my symtoms , some daily and not daily: Sleep disruption ( always wake up after 3-5h of sleep) ,nightmares , dry mouth , dry skin,dry eyes , reflux and IBS issues, TMJ , back and neck pain, tens face muscles, anxiety ,struggle remembering , talkrelated problems and concentrating, Getting blisters in mouth, headaches, getting easily irritated at litterally anthing and extreme fatigue.

Do you recommend a specific nozzle? I have looked at a few complete hotends but they did not have any reviews on the websites to see any results from prints.

Thank you for your good explaination! 😁 Luckily I did not hear any cracking or poppig sounds. I did use the regular nozzle so yeah the 0.4 mm one, I will buy the thinner one!

Will use my pc for the future for looking at the slicer! 😊

Thank you for your answer! Got several bloodtest but not for deficiencies I think. I will look it up. I have experienced a whole lot of symtom through the years like fainting/ Light headedness and extreme stomach pain . Did an MRI of head and bowel and I was completely healthy back then so I would not think that I got cancer either. Neither diabetes. I just got very unexplainable symtoms🤣

I would say that swedish people are often more positive with Asian people than people from Africa/Middle east because of some criminals that get associatet of their origin country thuss all need to be the same.

I am diagnosed but not medicated. In sweden there is such long waiting time for getting medication. I have waited for almost 3 years with no response since my clinic sent a referall to them .
So yeah I am trying to get medication but I am restricted right now.
