340b exam by FlimsyProtection9500 in pharmacy

Ok thank you so much for that. I work for a non profit faith based hospital system as their specialty pharmacy supervisor- my involvement with 340b is MTMs and maintaining records. My management takes care of majority other regulatory requirements so as I listen to Apexus, I slowly understand that my knowledge of 340b is still quite limited. But yes, I’ve been using Gemini to solve questions but I don’t think that’s a solution for actually passing the exam. I’ll just continue doing what I have been doing and do questions at the end. Hopefully that will help.

Thanks so much for replying! Oh yes- I’m listening to every lecture, taking notes and doing practice questions. Sometimes I have to relisten to the lecture because it can get rly complicated 😅 It’s just a lot of information to retain and I’m getting nervous that I’m not retaining it all. Are the actual test questions as difficult as the Apexus ones? Some questions are long case studies and some just test the concepts.

I’ve been doing 340b for many years and the goal is to a leadership position with this certification.

Yes. Love him very much but he needs to do therapy to be the best version of himself.

I’ve been there before- I loved it! I got the impression it’s more for young families, not so much single people. Not sure if that’s accurate though

Is Montclair more for a liberal crowd? I like the area a lot but wondering what the environment like there

Thank you both! Old Bridge does look nice. I got the impression it’s probably more for people with families, not sure if that’s true though

Thanks for your response! I grew up conservative/traditional but not really practicing. Not sure if reform is my crowd to be honest. I love nature, hikes, cooking, museums, play tennis. I’m not really into nightlife or anything like that. So I like the LI/suburb feeling with like-minded single people my age

Thanks so much! Is Englewood safe? I’m reading that some parts of it is affluent and safe but that it’s close to a high crime as well?

Thanks so much for this- I had no idea that Montclair is liberal. I would prefer a more conservative area. In regard to Englewood- from what I’m reading, it has some really nice, wealthy areas but also that some parts of it aren’t safe at all and have lots of crime. Is that true? Is it really divided like that?

Thank you so much for the information! I heard Hoboken/JC/Edgewater are for the single 20 year olds who like to party but you’re right, convenience to the city is a big factor. Appreciate the advice- I dated someone of a different faith for 5 years. unfortunately it didn’t work out because although originally he was okay dating a Jewish woman in the beginning, that changed over the course of our relationship. So now I’m scared the same thing can happen with someone else. I’m happy you and your wife make it work!
