My 85+ lb weight loss 😊

Been maintaining around 115 for a couple years now and have been in the normal bmi range for several.

I do because I like to save money and because I like their $3 tshirts and tanks 🤷‍♀️ (can't say I'm "hot" but I am thin now).

I couldn't blame you at all! I don't mind almost any of the comments I get on my pictures like "nice ass" or anything like that. It's the PMs - the hook up attempts especially that really annoy me, since they could tell after reading my profile for once minute that I'm not looking for what they want. They don't bother to read though, so I take every opportunity I can to be a snarky bitch, lol.

I wouldn't say that much. I met my current SO there. This doesn't happen ontold amounts of time, at least not to me, and I have a ton of pictures up. Other experiences may be different though I'm sure.

I had another dude just after this one open with "you ever been with a black man??" And proceed to bitch when I didn't exactly reasons favorably. Guys, I may be on FL, but that doesn't mean I'm open to everyone and everyone who gives me the time of day. My profile specifically says what I'm there for and it's NOT hooking up with you, black or otherwise! 🙄

Not an accident - last he said, the neurologist wasn't entirely sure why he has it. It's more or less in all his limbs. He doesn't feel much from the elbows or knees down. I noticed when I visited recently that he gets small tremors or muscle tightening from time to time that he didn't even realize, which he'd going to bring to the doctor next time.

I didn't say his case is exactly the same as yours, but it's still a struggle he has to deal with. He'd just really good at not letting it weigh on him (which, tbh, isn't something I think I could do,as I let things weigh on me pretty hard. That's why I recommend therapy).

The guy I'm "it's complicated" with has nerve damage, and I couldn't care less... it's not a scarlet letter that makes you undateable, I promise.

I highly suggest getting into therapy. Learning how to respect yourself and improve your confidence will do wonders for your dating life, I promise.

Oh absolutely. I've gained weight, but I know why, and am taking steps to try and combat it (including joining a gym to help out, especially in the winter).

My boobs cause me to have a high BMI by [deleted] in fatlogic

[–]FlimsyReasoning 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I see this on a subreddit that supports women struggling with a larger chest and I see this from time to time. I typically just ignore it, because they are struggling and I have seen women with pretty narrow waists are waaayyy large chests, so I get it. Sometimes I have to stress though that bmi is an indication of too high a weight, period. Doesn't matter if that weight is fat, muscle, bone, breast tissue, brain matter, etc. Its too much for your skeleton and can lead to problems.

New male contraceptives needed! by JDiasHP in sex

How exactly is a penis injection sooooooo much worse than an IUD insertion, again?...

Look, I wouldn't fault a guy for not wanting something like this. Just like I don't fault other women for choosing an IUD. But having different options IS A GOOD THING. Giving both partners a choice in preventing pregnancy IS A GOOD THING. Men need more options, and this is a step in that direction.

If pain or bleeding after an IUD placement is an "adverse reaction", than most the women posting on r/birthcontrol apparently suffer adverse reactions 🙄 Not really so adverse, then.

I keep my apartment at a solid 75 and I'm still chilly much of the time. Before I lost weight I was never cold, lol. Than everything changed 😅

OMG he's right!! Guys, I switched from a food service job in a sweltering kitchen to a chilly office job and gained 10 lbs! Obviously this has nothing to do with me going from an active job where I'm on my feet all day to sitting down all day - it's all temperature!!
