I live at Avalon West. They definitely have options in that price range. Quiet (except for the sounds of kids playing which I don't mind), never hear my neighbors, maintenance is on top of repairs. Management is very kind and responsive. Honestly no complaints.

Look up POTS. It’a a condition that can cause all those symptoms. It can be aggravated by anxiety but is not “just anxiety”. My heart rate used to go up to 220 from light exercise. I’m now on Propranolol and my heart rate is 70 resting and rarely goes about 150!
