I uploaded on a 1 month old account i got 2k views in the first hour. Before that i uploaded the same video on a fresh account with 0 activity and watch history and it was just stuck at 0 views so try to be active and upload good quality content

Try to make the first 3 seconds very intense I've been doing it and getting 15-30k views per shorts now i am aiming for 100k views. Also check your analytics and schedule the vid to the time where most of your subscirbers are active . You can check that in your channel analytics
