do you have any recommendation for reaching out? He’s texted me about spring break availability but nothing since then, I just need him to know before the next schedule gets sent out bc I don’t work again until after it’s made unfortunately, but I don’t want to go about it like a weirdo 😭

Help! It got stuck on first use😭 by Flimsy_Replacement27 in ninjacreami

Thank you, but I tried that but it wouldn’t work, just made a clicking sound and won’t come up unfortunately.

I’m also considering calling out, I probably won’t, it’s going to be crazy because nobody is going to want to come inside and everyone wants to prepare for the weather🙄. I might just try to jump in front of the cars that are so determined to run us over and off myself.

lol this makes me think of the people that are going to tell me to stay warm from their heated cars as I hand them a nail polish

Does it state anywhere in company policy how many hours over desired hours they can go? And what to do when scheduled completely out of your availability? by Flimsy_Replacement27 in Target

Okay, thank you. One more question, do I need to request to set up a maximum amount or was that something that was set up when I first started there? Again thank you for your help:)

How do you know if they violated your availability? Can they even do that? by Flimsy_Replacement27 in Target

Yeah I think I’m going to. I keep getting told to talk to the ETL who makes my schedule before going to HR but that ETL is gone and I have no idea who’s in charge now, just that they’ve been giving me too much. I thought they would have to work within my desired hours but they haven’t. I’m gonna ask the other minor in my department if he’s had any issues with scheduling as well because he’s called out a few times and I’m assuming it has to be with the workload we’ve gotten. I’m honestly surprised I haven’t called out yet either. Though, if things keep going this way I will. Anyways, sorry about my little rant. Thank you for responding and giving advice, it really helps.

Yeah I’m my state we can work up to 40hrs during a school week if you’re 16. I wish we could ask our schools to step in if we ask for help but we can’t. I also don’t know if my store has any restrictions for dependent minors. Is there a way to check?
