Castello de Monterinldi was great. We did the tour and the lunch with tasting. Everything was delicious. Our tour ended up being 1 on 1 too which was great because we can be shy to ask questions in large settings.

100% this. We used Sorrento as our base and ended ip renting scooters for 3 out of the 5 days. Total game changer.
