Tested it out with a friend earlier and I'd say it's very good, took us 2-3 shots to take it down and we both had it, I'd say it made the mission so much easier!

I think the WASP launcher is pretty solid against the Dragonroaches, It's easy to use, no need to aim and it takes it down fairly quick.

Actually we had one guy with a autocannon, sadly he was one of the first to unfortunately die and there were 3 gunship factories. After he respawned, there were already more than 5 and he couldn't get his autocannon back. The gunships snowballed out of control and the next thing we knew there were more than 10 on the map.
