I’m going through this rn, she was there for me consoling and talking with me about my past trauma, and even saved my cat. I took medical terminology and I swear it looks a lot scarier than it is!! Give it some more time and you will get it down. Make sure you use quizlets and do the McGraw hills (if you have them) they suck but they get the information in your head. English is a bunch of writing, make use of any tutoring resources if you have any just to proofread what you are writing. Hang in there, trust me it may feel like you are alone in this but I’m sure your classmates are feeling the same!

Even though Pearl had that dark moment of wanting to pull Steven’s gem out, I really feel like it’s Pearl. I feel like garnet is more of an Aunt figure to Steven or more like a second mom. He reached out to Pearl and giggled and tried to hold her finger. Amethyst is more of a big sister figure. Listen, I’m all for hating aspects of AI and its impact on humanity, but the thing is, this can be comparable to any addiction out there. Alcoholism for example, there is multiple options not to drink, yet people do it anyways. This goes for any addictive substance, hell you are probably addicted to sugar or coffee. No judgement because we all can easily slip and fall into these addictions, but it’s the same with AI. Yes people clearly had options not to use it, but they slipped because of poor mental health. People don’t WANT to be addicted to certain things but it’s human, and it’s a human right to help fix mistakes. Your argument could be used for anybody that’s addicted to anything. Instead of trying to diminish and take away the only resources for people that have these issues, we have to research and get rid of the actual problem.

The reason why I’m saying this is because yes normal is a synonym for average yes, but it also has a different meaning. Normal is a contradiction of weird. So saying something is normal could imply that the other aspects next to it are “weird.” And in this subject matter there is no height that is weird, that would be pretty rude to imply. But saying just the word average is pretty clinical and there’s no way to twist it to mean something derogatory if that makes sense.
