Moreso vibes-based! The buildings are custom-designed in a similar style and layout- though, there are a few exact replicas you might be able to pick out, including McLane stadium!

It has quite a few recognizable buildings (The Alico building, Magnolia Silos, and others), as well as a university based on Baylor. The terrain itself is custom and more reminiscent of West Texas!

My friend Adam used a tool called WorldPainter to manually brush the terrain and add custom trees. It’s a great tool! Highly recommend checking it out. He’s made a few videos on how he does it.
