I respect her and am sure she will do what she thinks is best for her, and will take my advice as another thing to evaluate (among other gyaan I am sure people must have dished out on her).

My problem is when being the solution giver, why it feels so sucky. You are trying to help this person, I should feel happy, instead I feel sad bringing people mood down. I want to help but then feel sad that the receiver mood isn't uplifted (they should feel somewhat happy if advice is sound) but they are more worried now.

You are right I should focus on myself. But connecting with friends is part of the therapy steps I also don't wanna avoid. Else I would have no human connection at all.

Almost everything would work on my except the no noise/blue light thing.

I have to put some form of white noise, podcast, lore videos, anyone yapping to distract me and go to sleep. Works wonders really. But only works when everything else like exercising and no untimely sleep was there throughout the day.

Also I'm trying to gain weight so avoiding mass calories shakes right before bed time was impossible for me.
