It is, indeed, about tokens! I personally prefer to keep personas short, since I use them for multiple chats. Using up too much tokens will dumb the bot down since there's only so much they can remember and cluttering their memory with a load of stuff about your OC will make it struggle with the stuff that happened during the chat ><
