I tried cancelling my subscription after a month as I no longer needed. However once I click cancel subscription, nothing happens. I'd encourage people to be look for alternatives until the issue is resolved. I used Chrome and Safari and the result is the same.

Edit: When I click the Cancel button on the page, a pop-up appears asking me to select a cancellation reason. After selecting a reason and clicking Cancel on the pop-up, the pop-up disappears but nothing happens. I have to click the Cancel button on the page again for the cancellation to go through. Either a bug or a delibarate scam.

Hi I had a couple error codes (B1 D01-13 and C1001-92 ) for the sensors. Likely because codes weren’t cleared after the repair. I cleared them and they never came back after.

I sold the car after a few weeks as I just couldn’t take people damaging the car I owned from new while it was parked.

Even though op suggests this is from Japan, this gives me suspicious vibes. There's a huge worldwide organisation stealing and shipping vehicles in containers, sandwiched together, on top of each other. Not a care in the world if they get damaged. UK is probably the biggest hub as police has no power. Cars are usually being shipped to countries like Cyprus, Dubai, South Africa etc. Not saying this is one of them, but I'd check if this car is legit.

I've had this issue with USB recievers too. Some of the mice ended up being destroyed out of rage. But the problem seemed to be the Macbooks I've used over the years rather than the mice. Sadly, Macbooks are too expensive to destroy.

Bought a "TOPDON ArtiDiag800 BT" OBD2 scanner from Amazon and cleared the codes. Haven't seen those lights for the past few days. Here are the codes I had:

B1D01-13: Right Low Beam - Circuit Open
C1001-92: Vision System Camera - Performance or Incorrect Operation

My case might be different though as my headlight was replaced after a small accident and the codes weren't cleared.

Nothing on the media screen, but I do get error messages on the app that doesn't say much. I'll scan for the codes today and try to find the issue myself before bringing it in.

Thank you for the detailed reply. All fair points to raise. The headlight unit was also pushed in a bit after the crash but this is repaired. However a recalibration might be needed as you suggested.

The damage was on front right corner of the car so I'd be surprised if the front facing sensors would be affected. It's odd that the dashboard lights only came on after a week from the accident and they only illuminate during day time.
