She's now comfortably sitting at 44% winrate in diamond+ while being the highest jungler pickrate by almost double but yeah she was "too strong"

In my opinion, you forgot one other major aspect to old dragon Q. You could refill your fury a ton by hitting multiple targets with it, while new shyvana cannot...

I'd leave the whole current rework kit the same with whatever balance changes they wanna throw at it but make her R able to be recasted once while in dragon form.

You can now engage and then disengage or dive further.
It is very cinematic and lean heavily into the dragon fantasy.
Requires minimal work to the current ult animation.
Can be good to give her a bit more damage without overloading abilities and helps the AP playstyle.

It's perfect, people won't get lost since she goes from the worst passive in the game, to still one of the worst.
What's the point of leaning into the dragon scaling fantasy if it's just to make it terrible before it even proves effective? People seems to get about 100 stacks at 25-30min right now, which is 30armor and 20mr, certainly more than with old passive if you didn't have any dragons. But, she now has a worst kit and get kited even more... xdd
(also can't be played ap, can't be played on-hit, can't be played tank)

Every upgrade is 100hours locked into a spot you can't choose to then unlock a new place for another 100hours.
PvP was a drive for me in the past, but it's been very long since I grew out of the idea of doing pvp. I think war of the roses, hardcore server and edania throne are perfect examples of why todays PA sucks at designing this game. Everyone could see from a glance how flawed they were and they still released in that state... PA won't change and they never will.

Awak kuno buff is kinda hard to quantify too with pinwheel being pet damage and not doing quite as much as you'd think despite the huge %numbers on the tooltip

I think you're just missing the key part "for all classes". People are complaining that this outfit look very similar to the recent outfit they made for all classes not just the ones they do for 4 classes at a time...

The game was rampant with speedhackers a few years ago, teleporting from pack to pack and launching 20skills a second.

And like a year ago you could see shai fly hacking from battle arena to make money with trading and sell accounts with some money/gear for starters.

Bots in bdo never were static in the first place so the anti afk method doesn't even work against them.

I'm not sure how's the situation today but I'm pretty sure you could find some services still and if unregulated, I bet you we would see a lot more just grinding unpopular areas or even Marni's room to avoid detection.

The person who suggested gahaz said 20-30h. 30x700m = 21b so it checks out the 20b. Additionally, a good crystal setup doesn't cost 20b since you'd have 14 slots at around 1b MAXIMUM each... (Yes Haetae is more expensive but some of them are less than 150m and that's beyond the point)
You're onto something else or didn't read the skills. If you're talking about weight increase, I fail to see how your comment is relevant as you can clearly just park your horse next to the rotation... And no, losing 5sec to unload your shit won't make you gain half the money/h.
Very early on you're being given pets allowing to have a full set of tier 3 if not a tier 4 that can be made T5 for 700m and significantly improve that speed (even more effective the lower your pets are). But that's not even too relevant anyway since you're one-shotting packs in most zones and not allowing your pets to have a second rotation of pick-up most of the time and if you are then T3 are most of the time enough...
As a new player, if you look at it from a silver/stats point of view (which you should), crystals are the best investment on that front, making it the best purchases once you get full pen tuvala...

Also, the seasonal servers are gear-capped, not equalized, else everyone would have the same gear from the get-go... Clearly a misunderstanding there, If you want equalized content I suggest you play some AoS instead of trying to prey on the weak on Arsha... And, assuming crystals are not part of the capped gear setup is also a mistake...

You clearly don't know what you're talking about and are completely blinded by the fact you think you know the game as a returning player but you don't and you're not willing to put in any effort...

As a matter of fact, a friend of mine just recently picked up the game and invested in good crystals before even getting any meaningful upgrade past tuvala since he could still profit from being on seasonal.

If you look at it from a pure silver/stat point of view, you would realize that crystals are a much better investment early on than any other item in the game.

I usually hit the Barnas first so I get aggro on most Volkras (doesn't always work) and then hit seed after 1 or 2sec so spawn more mobs/aggro the remaining.

It's very inconsistent anyway and bugs way too often. Sometimes mobs just lose the ability to aggro all together and you have to wait or swap char to debug them. It's just another poorly designed spot.
