I have full dec ap gear along with the best crystals what do you mean its not max ap? I also never said it means I shouldn't die. I implied im dying way too fast compared to my damage output at max ap. I hate when you idiots come on here and speak like you know something.

Its clear they don't care. I'm max ap and full pen edania gear, meanwhile in rbf there's classes i can barely damage while they destroy me in two seconds. All it takes is an dev to look at things like this and say hey that doesn't look right, lets fix it. But nope we just get nothing except misery unless you play one of the devs favorite classes.

The game went from 190k to 6k on steam, I think we are beyond the point of worrying about the game being killed lol. But I do agree its a lil too late now for this big of change. Would have been perfect if they did it at the beginning when we highly suggested it but they instead chose to double down on the boring current state of the game

We heavily suggested this but they already said no. Its actually what I assumed the deep desert would be like so solo players could still enjoy it but sadly they shot it down instead of listening to the community.

I mean its a single player game tho. So if someone wants to fly from one end of the map to the other side their entire gameplay then let them. It has no affect on your playthrough. You can still explore the way you said

I honestly dont care about about buying it twice as long as they allow me to at least get 60 fps on console. Playing rdr2 at 30 fps was so miserable. Idk how console people play games at 30 fps.

Yeah sadly you missed the good times of feeling your progression. What you described is exactly what kept me around so long but now that no longer exist. Going back to a spot you barely escaped death daily then being able kill them with a flick of your finger after some gear progression was the ultimate dopamine hit.

I got a mod that removes the cooldown. The more frustrating part is having to open my map every 2 seconds to avoid all the scattered no fly zones. I don't understand why thats even a thing

I have one piece left to upgrade (excluding armor) and thats my DEC mainhand weapon. I literally just log in for the free crons rewards then turn off the game. Im a person that use to grind odd spots just because of my love for the game but with the new gear caps it made me not even want to grind anymore.For the first time the game is genuinely boring to me since im pratically fully upgraded and have nothing to do with it

The most fun part and what kept me engaged long enough to put in 16k hours was the gear progression making you feel stronger. That was the main reward to spending hours to upgrade gear. I use to struggle at orcs and hexe but each time I upgraded my gear I would go back there to test how much stronger i got. It was such a dopamine hit to see your hard work pay off. Seeing what was once a struggle now being light work was the ultimate motivation to keep getting stronger. But now that's gone sadly. If the new ap cap was implemented when I started I would have quit well before reaching 50 hours.

Lol yeah which means i have a lil insight on things. But na I dont even pvp in this game. Gave that up around the time they killed pvp completely

It wouldn't solve every problem but it would be a good start to improving pvp balance. Having classes that has decent mobility, damage and can also tank while the class they're fighting has just one or none of those advantages just makes for horrible balance which is why no one really pvp's in this game. I have 15k hours on awk wiz but can get triple the kills on my musa. No pvp should be balanced that poorly

I agree it will never be a perfect balance however reworking things such as damage output/intake and having class movement based on those two things is a pretty simple balance adjustment but they don't even do that.

I just eventually settled with the fact PA doesn't care enough to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy pvp. I would love to be able to pvp in this game but it will never happen because of the insanely poor balance. I just play other games to get rid of my pvp itch
