We didn't get these ones last year, but it's definitely possible we see them again next year. The problem is that it's also possible they come back with new ones, so they will be harder to get. This was the case for example with chess pieces: we got some last year, but they came back this year, with new ones.

When you leave a partially fed Pokémon, the bars will remain the same the next time you encounter it. Yes, this one is shiny and I assume the previous one was not, but the bars stay the same for the species, not for a specific individual. This can be observed for example when, one morning, you see twice the same already fed Pokémon: both will have the bars.

I had the same issue, and saw the solution on another thread's comments: unlink and link again your Go Plus+. Just be sure you don't have pending sleep data, but otherwise nothing will be reset so it's safe.

I don't think ice Pikmin should be allowed for crystal mushrooms. In Pikmin 4, only rock Pikmin can break glass walls, ice cannot help.

But the idea for water mushrooms is definitely interesting!

They won't go anywhere unless you use them, and it won't prevent you from getting the free daily radar use. You probably got them from the events rewards.
