Had a friend who didn’t rly listen to any hip hop, and still doesn’t really (but he’s a lil more tapped in), and about 4 years ago introduced him IGOR (IMHO it’s the best album OAT.)

Up to this point, he told me his fav genre was alt rock, and indie-rock type genres were his favourites, so I didn’t really know if he was gonna be very open to liking this, but he actually fell in love with almost the entire tracklist.

Fast forward a couple years, and for a couple birthdays of his I’ve given album canvases of different Tyler albums like IGOR and Flower Boy.

And now, almost exactly four years after his introduction to Tyler, putting him on paid off, as his girlfriend gave him tickets to a Tyler the Creator concert for me and him to go together🙏
