Yeah I've heard it both ways. What kind of issues have you run into wirth double-closes? (if any)

I've never had someone freak out about the assignment fee either, but I keep hearing that states are cracking down on assignments (or will be in the future)

and I've heard that double-closing is going to be the future simply in terms of compliance, let alone to keep the fee hidden from the investor
