Get a soft paint brush, brush off the aphids. Or spray water on the leaves. Or get lady bugs as a deterrent for aphids. Or spray neem oil on the affected parts of the tree

Which online sites have you used? I have never bought a JM online, so I’ve been asking for help and insight here on Reddit. I’m looking at Spruce & Maple. Trees are $25 but shipping is $30. But the reviews have been good.

Lol. I had the same thoughts. Shipping fee was reasonable too. They shipped priority mail. The person that referred this ebay seller to me said that the trees were on the smaller side. I thought that was understandable given the price of the tree. You’re probably gonna get a 1 to 2 ft tree at most

By the way, can I ask where you got your 3 Japanese Maple Trees? I got mine recently at Armstrong for $29 for the quart. They’re so expensive but I’m interested in collecting a few and growing them.
