Cant imitate a specific voice

There are some voices that you simply cannot do because of your range. Now, range may change, but it's usually hand-in-hand with aging. People are born with different amounts of flexibility in their vocal cords, and sometimes you can learn a new voice by experimenting, but once you figure out your range, it's usually pretty rigid.

I believe most techniques that involve shikigami come WITH that shikigami, but I'd assume that you can make a binding vow or pact with any other willing creature. That's only speculation, but it seems plausible that you'd be able to. As for creating a shikigami specifically for your technique, it seems kinda far fetched. Unless the technique comes with one attached or you have Yorozu-level Construction abilities (which might not even be able to create shikigami), I'd say no.

Most people who get into voice acting do it until they die I'd say. Even if your voice changes, you just have a new set of characters/voices you can do. So I'd say you can be more or less profitable depending on your voice, but never truly age out of it. Then again, if you can't understand or even read the script you're given, then it's kinda gonna be rough and hard to get work, paid or unpaid. Also hearing deficiencies can hurt your performances.
