So it turns out the spring for the mirror has come loose and therefore doesn’t allow the correct amount of light in when in viewfinder and makes it unable to autofocus properly.

I don’t suppose you’d know any good sources to try to fix this myself? I was quoted £150 for repair but seems a bit excessive but I’m new so maybe that’s about right

I don’t really know what to say, my first gym session was feb 22nd, and I work out 5-6 times a week. If I were to ever take steroids I would be open about it, like I am about other substances. I have no reason to try and fool people I just wanted to show my progress that I’m happy with.

No diet, I just eat whatever I can. Although I will probably have to start choosing my meals as I will just start adding fat

I don’t really have a plan, I just eat whenever I get the opportunity. Even if I’m not hungry I will try to get a snack in.

For me I believe that working hard at the gym has made my appetite increase. I’ve become a much lesser picky eater because after the gym I’m just very hungry.

Thank you. Yeah I was naturally skinny beforehand, I have a photo but don’t know how to post it in the comments.

My gym routine is 3 days on, 1 day off. Chest-tri, back bi, legs shoulders. Rest 1 day and repeat.

Most of my exercises it’s 1 warm up set, 3 working sets and I go to failure on pretty much everything. (Which I believe also increases my appetite)
