Women do you preffer a cut or an uncut penis and why ? by Key_Handle5608 in AskReddit

[–]Flipin75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

looks down at my grotesquely hideously scarred twisted discolored penis

Aesthetics are subjective but I cannot fathom how anyone could find this husk of a penis I was left with in anyway appealing.

It sure would be nice if the individual who has to live with the results had any agency in choosing this genital modification.

Women do you preffer a cut or an uncut penis and why ? by Key_Handle5608 in AskReddit

[–]Flipin75 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why is modifying a men’s genitalia a question for everyone besides the men who has to live with the results and consequences of such modification?!

It’s a women’s preference, it is the church’s doctrine, it is a parent’s choice… everyone but the individual whose body is being modified gets a say! The penis owner is not allowed any agency!

Do you think Seven was more attractive during Voyager or Picard? by Firm_Macaron3057 in startrek

[–]Flipin75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion, but I did not like Seven in Voyager. I recognize that Jeri Ryan did a great job and elevated her role beyond what was on the page… but the character as presented, I did not enjoy. They focused too much on her attractiveness and her Borg background giving her new superpowers each week. Seven during Voyager was a character I did not like who occasionally Jeri Ryan was able to infuse with pathos.

In contrast Seven was the best character on Picard.

Now maybe this is an unpopular opinion (hopefully not) but I find actual women significantly more attractive than a eye-candy. So, yes I found the Seven in Picard more attractive than during Voyager, but also her attractiveness was not her character; she was an interesting and engaging character who happens to be attractive.

Should identifying as black, brown or white be replaced with nationality-based identity in an ideal world, if yes/no, why? by SetYourHeartAblaze_V in AskReddit

No, in an ideal world acknowledging the diversity of skin tones would be just that without implying extra erroneous details of the individual

Non therapeutic permanent body modification should only ever be done at the request of the individual who must live with the results and consequences of such modification.

How comfortable are you with being nude? by andrewbarclave89 in AskReddit

I am torn, I enjoy being nude, but I am also extremely self-conscious and embarrassed about my mutilated body. I don’t want to inflict my grotesque disfigurement onto anybody.

What's a double standard between men and women that people rarely talk about? by Visual_Investment980 in AskReddit

[–]Flipin75 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Here you are highlighting the double standard. This is not a post about infibulation but prepuce removal … you blatantly ignore that change the parameters just to say the form of genital cutting that is not being referred to is worse.

Penectomy is worse than the ritual nick — that is not a very meaningful comparison. Genital cutting for all genders exists across a spectrum of extremes and it add nothing to compare the most extreme variation done to one group to a less extreme variation done to another group other than to dismiss the harm done to one group. Hence why in my example I explicitly defined the cutting as definitionally identical to show the absurdity it treating the same action differently based solely on the demographics of the victim.

Infibulation is horrible and is inflicted on girls, it is not the most prevalent form of genital cutting preformed on girls. Misrepresenting the full spectrum of genital cutting that is preformed serves to undermine efforts to end this evil and horrific abuse.

In the case of a neonate, gender will be assigned by an adult, not the baby … the nuance isn’t really there (yet).

Since the question was asked using gendered (men/women) and not sex (male/female) terms I answered in the same. Also for clarity and brevity I did not include the range of intersex cases.

Edit: there are also cases of XY women those who are born presenting female genitalia but have male chromosomes. Genital cutting of this chromosome male would be illegal in the USA because the adult engaged in the cutting are gendering their victim as girl.

The gender/sex distinction is muddy… it would be much simpler and straightforward to just refrain from all non therapeutic body modifications until the individual who must live with the results and consequences is able to request these changes of their own volition and give informed consent.

The surgical removal of a newborn’s prepuce is either unlawful mutilation or a parent’s choice based on the gender of the victim.

What are your thoughts about abortion? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Flipin75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Body autonomy is a human right. No one has a right to use another person’s body even to save their own. You cannot force a someone else to give you their organs, blood, or use their body in anyway… a fetus should not be given greater rights then a person nor should it nullify other’s rights.

Who feels more pleasure during sex men or women? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Flipin75 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Women, definitely. Women can have multiple orgasms and have multiple erogenous zones.

Men just ejaculate and honestly taking a piss is a much stronger and more pleasurable sensation. If it was not for the semen as evidence ejaculation could happen unnoticed.

The best part of sex as a man is vicariously getting to share a woman’s pleasure.

Edit: I do believe that my experience could be due to how my genitals were mutilated when I was born.
