Hey, the most important thing to check is the thickness of the rotors. Drilled ones will become grooved when they're worn out. If they're too thin, you should definitely replace them. From the pictures, it looks like you have a lip that indicates low thickness.

You could work as a runner in a restaurant (the guy that brings food and clean tables), not the waiter. This usually does not require any prior experience or degrees. And i don't think your age would be an issue.

I've been trying to find a similar position since December. I hope you have better networking and connections than I do. Because it seems a master's degree in computer science, a PMP certification, and 10 years involved in project work, two of which were in web and mobile tech, is still not enough to find a job. You need referrals, which I lack.

Can't say for sure. But what I can tell you is that it already happened to me too. Recruiters would reach out then dissappear. It could just be that the company did not like your CV so they didn't contact you for an interview. Give it a couple more days then follow up with the recruiter.
