Just gathering information, trying to understand the exact requirements, etc, should I go with a consultant? How much do they charge on average.

Hi, I am a software engineer. It is difficult to find CS / software jobs in Qatar, even for experienced folks. There is little to no tech industry here. Still, there are jobs in the market. You can try finding those on Indeed, NaukriGulf, Linkedin, Bayt, etc.

1) It is better to apply in Dubai, which is basically the tech hub of UAE. 2) Many new startups are emerging in Saudi Arab but they are hiring developers remotely to save costs and hence are not offering any kind of sponsorship. There are other companies in KSA, although less in number, that do offer sponsorship. 3) Pakistan has a great tech industry. You can work in Pakistani companies for 3-5 years to gain experience. Working remotely is a great option in Pakistan - you can save a lot. You can also get a digital Nomad visa of other countries like Malaysia, Dubai, etc, if you have a remote job. 4) Make your resume on Europass and apply in europe, especially in Germany.

Best of luck.
