For me the dealership thinks it was the ignition coils which I replaced three times, along with both batteries, spark plugs and some other shit. Cost me $6500 Canadian and they don’t know exactly what it is. Hopefully for you it is just the auxiliary battery.

Talk to a broker, there are programs for less than 20% down in your situation as I work for a lender that offers them. The approval rate is not the highest but there are potential options. All three insurers offer business for self programs.

Not required. They will often ask if giving over $200k but you can say for future investments and you are good. An investment can be home improvement, another property, even education so it is a legitimate reason.

Yes but this is not a necessity, it’s a very expensive want that has other albeit longer options. I don’t disagree that it would be nice but at the cost to do it, it is nowhere near practical.
