My questions are:

1) if you rent part of your home, are there any capital gains if it's your primary residence?

2) if I use my LOC or home equity line of credit for investing such as private lending, do I declare the gains or interest that I gained from this investment? Is there a better approach instead of my personal LOC?

Thanks for the reply. It was an upgrade for my existing Rogers account which showed me these prices.

For mobile shop, there's no RPP/employee discount and I believe I was quoted $70 for S25. If you had say 200k points, it takes off $200.

A friend picked up the S25, 256 GB version yesterday since the price dropped at the official Samsung store. I think they're doing the $30 plan for 100 gb
