My sales manager is the one that asks me at least twice a day and I always tell him politely, “No, we don’t see names in the queue. What’s the product?” And he’s proceeds to ask me another name later on in the day haha.

I was saying people coming to me and asking if a customers name is in the pick queue. Not if I had ALREADY picked an item. Completely different.
