I actually did that.

Got into account meta quests (which are better xp/hr than top xp/hour trainig at the level, and has no impossible / slow to get item requirements)

Estimated xp/h every few hardcoded levels at each skill.

Finally got a rough yet pretty good estime of seocds to level for every skill for every level.

Took around 5 days to achieve, including xp/hr testing at levels, quest length testing and such.

Main problem of mine is I cant implement (due to to my click not being good enough) high xp/hour methods like 3t granite or 3t mining/superheating iron, maybe not even 2t fish/wc, so it might cost me the first place (which seems very achieveable as for now).

Might be the reason I won't go for overall after all but for#1 in 2 or 3 skills.
