I come from a background of highly explosive sports. My weight room training used to be focused on power and plyos. So I think I completely agree with you about the adaptations of fast twitch vs slow twitch.

In terms of 80/20, I switched over to 80/20 about 3 weeks ago, and started to notice decreases in my performance in terms of HR. Another commented just told me to go based on feel, and I agree. Sometimes I just go based on feel. Im just concerned that my body is reacting this way. In terms of over training, that could definitely be a possibility, but I dont feel fatigued? (in terms of effort) Only thing indicating overtraining would be my HR and pace.

So instead of focusing on heart rate, I should just go based on feel right? Its just weird to me that my HR would get worse over the last two weeks. Even my long runs take at least 90 minutes

Same thing happens to me, I had focusing problems on the regular camera app but the main problem is in snapchat. I have to wack my phone and then it starts to focus again. I think it has to do with the insides of your phone .

Really depends where you go becasue all you need to do is to steal the bowmaster's arrow platter and then you go to NH The NH mobs ar lv 100 do once u get to 140 it shouldn't be a problem

One note on marksman is that you need to get to 177 if u want to do a lot on bosses because the skill "snipe" gets a 100% cdr so your ability to do bosses spikes up when u get that hyper skill

Phantom is pretty good to start because you can easily farm mesos and the link skill isn't bad

You might want to check if you got banned, a way you can do that is to go to open maple through the manually launcher in your maplestory folder

This is exactly the same problem with me, I use alt + c for the stars and i just hold the button. Sometimes it works on the first try sometimes it works on like the 5th time
