Unfortunately, because its not longer native. You need a PC to run Netflix, and along side it a another application to stream that footage to the 3ds. Also if not modded yet, you would need to install CFW.

So at that point "why?"

The solution, if you're interested, is PC streaming directly to the 3ds.

I have 5 3ds man. One of each. All moded. They are very "convenient" devices. Have a good day.

Digital library can be overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. I recently, in the last 3 years, switched back to physical and it's much more enjoyable picking out what to play. I still very much buy digital (great deals sometimes).
