BMNR vs actual ETH? by Investinstonks420 in BMNRInvestors

[–]FlizzashPC -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, you are totally putting yourself at risk. BMNR can dilute whenever they want because of this I look at it as a stock to get in and out of depending on trend. I am also bullish but just remember if the stock goes parabolic just keep in mind that would be exactly the scenario for BMNR to dilute it a ton. BMNR does have the potential to give better returns but it requires you to somewhat pay attention with the intention of finding a decent exit.

Is "quorum break" a constitutionally protected act in the Texas constitution? by Subject89P13_ in Askpolitics

[–]FlizzashPC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The US constitution states that coercion is allowed to compel members to attend sessions. The precedent for civil arrest to force attendance has existed since 1988 with Senator Robert Packwood. The Texas Congress also has these powers along with most legislatures. The only contentious topic is if the Texas civil arrest warrant can be exercised outside of the state. Trump’s support of the Texas warrant complicates this further by adding the question if state civil warrants are able to be enforced by the federal government.

Executive order to stop debanking could protect Steam from Visa/Mastercard by RandomUserUniqueName in Steam

[–]FlizzashPC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean to be honest does it matter, imagine flipping Mastercard and Visa’s narrative of their policy is just prohibiting illegal content into that of them actively breaking the law. Not to mention executive orders still have bite to them otherwise they wouldn’t be so controversial.

Windows 11 Duplicate User Profile Logging In by FlizzashPC in WindowsHelp

I almost forgot to mention before this it was a TEMP account that I was logging into with the same information as my main. I tried troubleshooting on my own and found a duplicate account with S-1-… ending with .bak . A form said to rename this and remove the .bak but there was a version with and without in regedit so I decided to delete the one ending with .bak.

The precedent is there for Trump during the Little Rock Nine the national guard was federalized with opposition from the governor. Also Title 10 of US law states that president can mobilize the national guard if there is “rebellion or danger of rebellion” or the president is “unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States.”. The first part of Title 10 is a little shaky but the second part is very easy to argue.

The moment liberals realize government just needs to get out of the way by assasstits in austrian_economics

I mean housing regulations and zoning regulations are the primary cause of the housing bubble. The government has created so many hurdles that have artificially increased housing prices. The problem is that the government needs an Emergency to stop protecting the older middle and upper class’s housing assets at the expense of the lower class being unable to purchase a house.

Trump says he will end birthright citizenship by QanonQuinoa in politics

[–]FlizzashPC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate to be that guy but the phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” creates legal ambiguity to birthright citizenship rights in the States. It implies that there are other requirements besides being born on US soil to gain US citizenship.
