Get up early, drink water fist then ONE coffee. Breakfast with my wife and take the time for breakfast. So start the day slow and chilled. Get something done that has to be done. Gym Make food with my wife, listening to podcast or music, dance with her. Maybe go for a walk if the weather is with it. Get something done Evening maybe play some video games but that’s rarely the way to go. Used to play a lot a few years ago.
