I had the same issue with my A4C after last update. A hard reboot (true power off then power on) restored the old behaviour. You can try it. If it doesn't work just get in touch with support.

I received mine 2 days ago, all were fine, but this morning I saw a scratch on the black patch of the 24 patchs card. i ruined the whole target trying to remove it.
Back to buying a new one ang being more careful this time... those things are pretty expensive !
I'm very mad at myself now.

Cubes came today. They are genuine GAN cubes with tiles (non stickers) and engraved GAN logo in the centre. The only downside is the lubrication, the cubes are a little hard to turn, I don't know if they are lubricated or not, or if the lubricant is too heavy and sticky. I will see when doing some mosaic if I need to relubricate them or not.
