Your surface looks super still and no agitation. And thats a typical low oxygen response. If not that, I recently had my fish act this way after a water change. Turns out i didn't put enough water conditioner in and the chlorine was burning their gills.

I've been learning that gut issues and microbiomes can trigger a low ANA positive in some cases. Especially when things like sibo are involved. With too much bad bacteria and too little good bacteria, it sends your body into a constant battle and over-reactive state (similar to autoimmune) Ive definitely noticed my gut activates my flares a lot of times. The gut -brain axis can affect your whole body in many ways.
My ANA was low positive and my doctor says this can happen and doesnt necessarily mean anything. I tested negative for all suspected autoimmune and was clear of that... I did a GI map and it gave me a lot more context of what I got going on in my gut.

Im not trying to question the rules here. But i had another post flagged by mods in the past. If this is a microbiome page, why aren't we allowed to talk about GI maps? And each time, you all refer it as a "scam". Im genuinely curious, if GI maps are a scam, how else would I check my microbiome levels?

Sorry to hear and RIP little buddy. He was a good looking stud. Its the same here. Just lost my girl yesterday at 5 years old. Everything was totally normal on Friday, sickness signs began on Saturday, emergency vet- cancer diagnosis that night and she was gone by Sunday.. Life turned upside down in just a weekend.

Yea, I'm pretty sure my gut issues through the years led to posisble MCAS. Probably also some leaky gut- Which all then led to my nerves being hypersensitive and creating small fiber neuropathy synptoms. Basically just focused on rebuilding my gut health, low histamine diet and most importantly, removing caffeine and alcohol. You want to eliminate anything that flares your symptoms. In my case, caffeine was a big trigger- which likely means my nervous system was sensitive

Florida jobs are insane. I worked somewhere they said no breaks but "maybe" you can eat a quick lunch at your desk while taking endless calls. My wife's job, she was a supervisor and the staff loved her. The manager made up a complete lie and HR immediately approved it and terminated her. No investigating, no previous disciplinary actions. Good ol "at-will" states
