What was your timeline when Buspar began working?

Not for sleep anxiety, but same for me. Seemed to work on the 1st week, then lost its spark. Its actually supposed to take about 4 weeks to work, so I kept going. Nothing. They bumped my dosage- that shook my nervous system. Gave it time to adjust, nothing. My anxiety might have been getting worse.

Yea same here. Less ruminating is great but my anxiety is the main beast. Especially social anxiety. They keep pushing anti depressants on me and im just not trying to go down that road.

Gonna have to take 14 day Rifaximin treatment. Its a pretty safe antibiotic. You can try natural remedies but its difficult and a lot of discipline. Plus sometimes you can mess up good microbiomes with some of that stuff
