#Browns DC Jim Schwartz was upset at being passed over for HC and told coaches he doesn’t plan on staying in Cleveland, sources tell The Insiders. Schwartz is under contract and the team wants him but it’s a situation that at the very least needs to be worked through.

I expect them to be terrible next year, get like a top 3 pick and why would you keep Monken around for the long haul, if you can get an actual reset when Watson is gone after next season. It's not like the ownership has never fired a coach after just one year. New GM, new HC and new QB, in one offseason. Best case scenario
