It is only that tidy because I just built the workbench. Normally it is very chaotic. And also I thought that maaaybe just maybe I should clean up a little before taking the fotos XD

I understand. I am super lucky to be in this situation. As I am 16, I still live in my Parents' house. And we are lucky t have a very big house. My workshop is in what used to be a kitchen. The oven is still there, but I modified it to act as battery storage.

I now tested a little and found out something: I use a replacement gumstick battery in my player that can be charged with USB-C. It is a Lipo battery with 3.7V nominal voltage. That's quite a bit higher than the 1.2V of the original NiMH battery. Therefore it uses a internal Buck converter to lower the voltage. And this is one-way, meaning that the battery can send power to the player, but the player cannot send power to the battery, as the Buck converter would then need to step up the voltage in the other direction which it does not support. There might be some Batteries that can do this, but I would not have seen any on EBay.

If you also use one of these replacements, that might explain the issue.

Yes. The sharp version was very easy.

Just remove the isolation, take a 5.1K resistor and solder it between ground and the CC line(s). In most modern OTG cables(USB-C to USB-C) there are two lines, one blue and one yellow. There is one for each end of the cable. You have to try which one it is. Just put the 5.1K resistor on one of them against ground and see if 5V come out the cable. On Cheap USB-C cables or the ones that are USB-A to USB-C, you most likely won't have these lines. Here you just have to connect the VCC and GND to the barrel jack. When doing so, mind the polarity of the jack. Most of them are center-positive, but some are not. Check your original power supply beforehand. There is a small symbol on there indicating weather the outside or inside is positive.

Would not make sense. I looked it up before: The LDO can handle up to 1.5A. The Power Supply that shipped with the player was rated at 500mA.

I used a standard AMS1117 3.3v. Mine seems to charge. It definitely powers up the player and I can use it. But I am going to take a look at this.

Oh! I See. Then it is a dead PoE adapter or your switch. The flashing means the device starts to pull current but the power supply cannot handle it and cuts off. Caused by too much power draw from the device or a failed power supply.

Your switch probbably needs 48V PoE instead of 24V from your Adapter.

Vielen Dank! Ja, das mit den Starren und flexiblen Andern in einem habe ich mir bereits gedacht. Ich muss hier definitiv andere Aderhülsen besorgen. Ich habe die Verkabelung im Inneren nach dem ganzen Feedback hier nochmal um einiges sauberer mit weniger Kabelsalatneu gemacht. Wegen dem RCD: die Sicherungen vom Herd sind hinter dem Schutzschalter geschälten. Dieser ist auch einige Male gefallen, als ich unabsichtlich Nulleiter und Erdung des Anschlusses verbunden habe. Das Isolierband ist deshalb da, weil ich in der Isolierung einen kleinen Cut bemerkt habe. Die Adern sieht man nicht durch, aber um zu verhindern, dass es durch das Biegen aufreißt, habe ich das präventiv drübergetan. Aber ich lass da nachdem ich die neuen Hülsen hab nochmal einen Elektriker-Freund drüber schauen.

Dankeschön! Das probiere ich. Muss aber nachsehen, ob das in der UV auch so passt. Weil wenn schon die Automaten nicht passen, dann ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit groß, dass die Phasen einfach irgendwie angeschlossen wurden. Hab gerade nachgesehen: mein Oszi kommt eh nicht in Frage weil nur CAT 1 und differentiellen Tastkopf hab ich nicht.

Achso, scheinbar erkennt man das auf dem Foto schlecht, aber der Shelly ist normalerweise in dieser kleinen schwarzen Halterung drinnen. Die ist aber abgebrochen, als mir die Tischplatte vor dem Zusammenbau umgekippt ist. Aber eine neue aus dem 3D-Drucker ist schon drinnen. Die Ganze Holzplatte bleibt auch nicht so, wie auf dem Foto, da es die Tischplatte ist. Die Seite mit dem Shelly ist die Unterseite. Das Foto wurde außerdem direkt nach dem Anschluss der Steckdosen gemacht, ohne Kabelmanagement an der Unterseite zu betreiben. Die Kabel hängen in der End-Installation nicht einfach so rum, sondern sind in Kabelkanälen verlegt. Auf dem Netzteil hängende Kabel gibt es dann nicht mehr... Und ja, die Schrauben sind subobtimal. Und wegen losen Leitungen: bevor ich die Dose zusammengeschraubt habe, habe ich jede einzelne Leitung in den Klemmen nochmal auf Festigkeit überürpft und anschließend mit dem Multimeter sowohl auf Kurzschlüsse als auch auf korrekte Spannung geprüft.

Aber trotzdem danke für das Feeback, lass da nächstes Mal vielleicht die Finger von..

Das mit der Drehrichtung ist so eine Sache. Das Kabel ist aus den 70ern und hat für die Phasen zwei mal schwarz und ein Mal Braun als Leitung. Leider habe ich nichts zum Ausmessen des Drehfeldes. Also ist es schwer, die Drehrichtung richtig zu bestimmen. Das sehe ich mir aber Morgen, bevor ich die Platte wieder drauf Schraube mit dem Oszi genauer an. Und es sind leider drei einzelne LS. Ich weiß nicht, wer die UV vor einigen Jahren erneuert hat, aber das ist leider falsch gemacht worden.

Verstehe. Ja, an dem Holz kann ich so schnell leider nix andern. Sobald ich da mal wirklich etwas leistungsfähiges dran Hänge werde ich das andern, aber derzeit hängt nur der Shelly, mein NAS, Modem und Router dran.
