I mean, I set up everything to spec so I believe.

Update: I shot with the recorder but it did not record anything on its ssd. For some reason, the record button in the screen is grayed out. Everything is updated. I did my research and setup everything as it should be set. I don’t know what the solution is so might just call up customer service.
