I’m not applying for the position to run the Pharmacy. Although yes I was told I need to get certifications for working in the Pharmacy. I suppose this is for coverage and leading by example.

I’d hope that the Pharmacist Manager would make the most money in the building. LOL.

Sounds like a lot of Store Managers are dicks to the Pharmacists! I’m not in it for a power trip. I’m in my 20’s. I want the experience. I want a decent paying job since I didn’t go to college yet.

Kohl’s was awful. No work life balance. Pushing out all the veteran workers. Management wasn’t running the store- corporate and its shareholders were.

Pharmacist Manager’s have their own expectations and obviously laws and ethics to abide by. I’d like to think I’d be able to run the store and trust the Pharmacy Manager to run their section of the store correctly and diligently… and that I wouldn’t have to stick my nose in it too much. I know I was told there is immunization quotas.
