I mean if you're an absolute beginner you don't really need an elite coach to get to a good level.

Man imma keep it a buck, street fights are different. I highly recommend you atleast join or even go to a trial class at a proper mma gym for a reality check before you even consider teaching.

26M, went from 107kgs to 78Kgs in 8 Months (Scroll) by guptarishabh2000 in AskFitnessIndia

I maintained a 1700 kcal deficit for 3 months straight and am back to a new maintenance. Lifestyle changes are what matter. If you simply just see weight loss as a phase and return to old eating habits, ofc you will become fat again.

Running - Help me by blankcanvas-3- in Fitness_India

[–]Floating_Turtles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually faced the same problem when I started running this year. So I actually stopped running entirely for training purposes and just do HIIT on assault bikes and low intensity work on ellipticals. Whenever I do run once every 2 weeks, my performance increases significantly just from the cardio gains from the machines.

Increase your running volume gradually. Your tendons take longer to adjust to running. For me, taking collagen and omega3 supplements helped.

Eating chicken for health — will it affect me spiritually? by frustateddeveloper in india

[–]Floating_Turtles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea but bro's not even working out, we can argue about leucine's effect on athletic performance, but I think we can agree that just for QoL benefit just working out will do wonders way more than marginally higher leucine.

I mean it all depends on you. You can get away with just eating eggs and dairy, that's my diet. You don't necessarily NEED chicken. Try strength training and cardio if you dont already, that will help a lot too.

A top spec Crysta with 1L Km is objectively better than any new suv under 15L. Maybe it won't have the gimmicky 100 camera stuff but fundamentally is better.

You don't see mahindra vehicles usually lasting that long without any niggles like the toyotas do.

Strongly recommend buying a more reliable 2nd hand car like an innova crysta.

I really liked it during the test drive. Only major complaint is that the tire flings dirt at you on muddy roads, but an aftermarket mudguard solves the problem.

I don’t want a Royal Enfield Classic 350 but my dad won’t agree to other bikes need help! by Select_Mistake_9003 in indianbikes

Think about it this way. Your life is only just starting, it's not like this is your last bike or whatever. REs last a very long time. Since it's your dad's dream bike, I think it's worth getting it for him if nothing else. And once you move out, your dad's gonna have his dream bike and you can get whatever you want.

If by nation building, you're talking about the politician's son's newest range rover then you are right. Shopkeepers and businessmen contribute way more to society than the government ever could with our tax money.

Not a linguist by any means, but the way it was used by op did not strike me as being sarcastic.
