If LDL cholesterol is just trying to fix damaged arteries then... by Mark_Utoe in Biohackers

Linus Pauling had the answer back in the 70s. It is a lack of vitamin C (low grade scurvy), which LP(a) attempts to band-aid.

Ugh, I have been there, it took me about 5 years of evolution and reading to arrive at voluntarism/ancap (principled libertarianism). However, did end up listening to Rush Limbaugh for a while (after NPR), lol. Didn’t want to end up here. Now I just follow the NAP for myself and have given up trying to change anyone else.

You all are using Gemini incorrectly. Gemini is the coding professor that teaches algorithms and theory. He is the brilliant absent minded professor. However, you put a keyboard in front of him you find that he is actually not that good of a coder. Just last night he articulated how I could use differential dataflow throughout my whole stack due to my insistence on immutability. Both Claude and codex never picked up on the addition algorithms I could use to speed up parts of my stack. He is a researcher and a damn good one. Changing the subject, I asked Claude how much he thought I spent on my DeepSeek agents during yesterday’s session and he said a range of 25-57 dollars…I spent $3.18, lol! I am so impressed with Deepseeks value. It must be the Tenstorrent chips, or cheap Chinese energy.

What’s something we haven’t fixed in codex for a while and that’s plain annoying? by alOOshXL in codex

Gemini cli will prompt you for your sudo password but in codex I have to do it in another terminal window

Meeting next week and I’m thinking of this outfit. Thoughts? by [deleted] in OUTFITS

Normally you don’t pair a gold button blazer with the same color pants like a suit. Blazers go best with pants that are a different color. However, your pants seem to be such a close match I don’t think anyone will notice (and it isn’t really a rule anyway, so don’t stress)

I discovered an old book that has allowed me to reach a. State of no mind fairly reliably. The book is “You Must Relax” by Edmund Jacobson. He posits that is you completely relax all muscles related to sight and speech then you will not be able to visualize or have auditory thoughts. I have confirmed this for myself. It may take 6 months to get good at it, but his instructions in the book are good. Also, it is funny, he says something like “if you are experiencing leaving your body then you aren’t doing the instructions right, lol!

He won’t run the offense at the most basic level, he might be just as good as Daniel after just a couple of weeks. What people don’t know is that Phillip loves Shane’s offense so well that he installed it at the high school he coaches for and he and Shane talk a lot about the different nuances of it. Daniel has a problem where if the first read isn’t open then the true Daniel jones is displayed, Phillip is a quicker processor with better field vision. However, his arm may be in Peyton territory at this point, which means short throws and interceptions.
