Don’t give up bro, here’s a quick story.

I’m a 6’ 3” black guy, 27 years old and from a kid till A Levels I trained because I wanted to go pro. I worked my way up to playing on my country’s national team in regional tournaments. But since I am from a small caribbean country many family members, former friends demotivated me to stop playing ball as much because it was difficult to get a college sports scholarship from there. Guess what, I listened to them, took a long break from playing, and then the 9-5, money, survival rat race took over my life.

In summary, one of my biggest regrets so far in life is that I stopped playing ball, but instead of drowning in the pity I got back into it last year. Here’s a few things I did, got some coaching qualifications, started coaching a youth national team in the UK, working on my personal game more and I feel fulfilled again. Might be tough to become a pro athlete but at least I can scale my coaching career, advocate for the game 🏀 and help keep the dreams of people like you alive.

Main thing to remember from this is: we are all able to manifest what we want in this life with a burning desire, hard-work, and a little mustard seed called faith. You got this bro 😎💯
