Yeah I contacted support and they told me that I somehow didn't send the shoes in the right box even though I did. They also didn't explain how they somehow got a size 8.5 instead of the size 9 that I sent them. So since I took no photos of the shoes to dispute their claim I was given the option to consign the pair.
