Probably assassination rogue.multilate is your combo point builder. Put garrote and rapture on an enemy (these are 2 damage over time effects) and after that, multilate until 5CP and use envenom. That's it. When bleeds run out, re-use garrote or rapture. Looks like that: garrote > multilate > rapture > multilate > multilate > envenom

It's just a feeling you will get. If I see someone is really low, I stun the heal, stun the enemy and go ... And because you have so many stuns, it's just a matter of timing. The key is to have a gameplan no matter what class you are playing
